Shipping and Order Info
Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail from Rochester, NY. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, but are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
Packages shipping to the US takes 3-5 days. All domestic packages come with tracking.
International shipping takes 8-20 days. Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs delays, tariffs, duties, taxes and/or VAT prior to delivery and are the sole responsibility of the customer. No tracking.
Adverse weather or other events may cause delays however we will do our best to process orders immediately following such delays. Once your package leaves USPS and is marked delivered, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Refund and Exchanges
All sales are final unless product is defective. If you need to replace it for the same item, email us with a picture of the item at email@example.com within 10 days of receipt.
Out of stock Items
In most cases, when an item is no longer available, it will state “out of stock”. However, due to inventory variations, items that appear to be available, may in fact be out of stock when you place your order. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. We will contact you to discuss how you would like to handle this.
